A Musashi-Ramen? Oh, you will find a very big piece of pork with four-side clearly cut. That's why it is called "Musashi". That is interesting. They also had energetic music in the restaurant. And, the waitress behind the counter occasionally sang with the music (not too loud) and her body followed. Good to know she enjoyed her job. Just like I enjoyed my Musashi ramen.

Hands down the best ramen we had in the area. The ramen was incredibly flavorful and rich, and the pork ribs gave it a unique twist that really set it apart. We visited Tokyo twice during our trip and made sure to come back to this place both times—it was that good. The gyozas were also excellent. If you’re a fan of authentic Japanese food, this spot is a must-try.

One of the famous Tsuka men noodles brand in Japan. Thick dipping soup and thick pork, and quality noodle. Also yuzu vinegar for dumplings was so tasty.

Hamamatsucho Menya Musashi’s Hamamatsucho branch is a revelation in every sense—a place where tradition and innovation in ramen converge to create an unforgettable culinary experience. The moment you step in, you're greeted by a bustling yet intimate atmosphere that perfectly encapsulates Tokyo’s urban charm. The aroma of simmering broth, infused with a delicate blend of savory spices and a hint of smokiness, immediately sets the stage for what follows. The noodles here are nothing short of spectacular—firm yet tender, with a texture that holds the rich, complex flavors of the broth like a culinary masterpiece. Every slurp is a celebration, from the meticulously prepared toppings to the perfectly balanced seasoning that transforms a simple bowl of ramen into an art form. The staff, attentive and knowledgeable, add to the overall vibe by ensuring every bowl is a testament to their commitment to excellence. For anyone seeking an authentic taste of Tokyo’s ramen scene, Hamamatsucho Menya Musashi in Hamamatsucho is a must-visit. It’s more than just a meal—it’s a deep dive into the heart of Japanese culinary innovation that leaves you both satisfied and inspired.

Went with the ramen instead of the tsukemen on this occasion. Hot soup with deep umami from dashi, big fat chashu, medium thickness noodles.

We ordered three kinds of noodles, none spicy for kids to share and I had the one with spicy dipping sauce. The noodle you dip into the sauce certainly is unique compare to the ones coming in broth. It works very well with the spicy sauce kind so noodles were not soaked by the spicy sauce.

Some of the best ramen I had in my two week visit to Japan. No complaints whatsoever.
